This is my version of a healthier bhakri, a protein packed breakfast.
1. Soak moong beans overnight in water. Next day add the moong beans and rice flour to a mixer. Add minimum quantity of water and make into a coarse paste.
2. To this paste, add chopped onion, green chilies and salt. mix well.
3. Heat oil in a pan, spread the mixture as shown. Cover and let it cook for approx 2-3 minutes. Then turn and cook on the other side for a minute or so. Enjoy hot with chutney or ketchup.
