The Goan version of the Appam but made a bit differently.

Ingredients
rice flour/ soaked rice
2   cup
grated coconut
2   cup
sugar
3   teaspoon
ghee
 
salt to taste
 
water
2   cup
Instructions

1. If using Rice, soak the rice overnight. Grind the rice and then grind the grated coconut with water, add the sugar and salt. Then add both the mixes to form a thick batter.

2. Heat a flat pan or tava, once heated apply ghee on it. Then take 2 spoons of the mixture and spread it on the pan.Cover with a lid and let it cook for 5 mins. When it's cooked remove from heat. Repeat the process till batter ends.

3. Serve with any gravy.
