Ingredients
okra or bhendi, chopped
250   grams
medium size onion, chopped
1  
large tomato, chopped
1  
green chilies, chopped
3  
pods of garlic, chopped
3  
ginger, chopped
1/2   tablespoon
white vinegar
1   tablespoon
water
3   tablespoon
oil
1 1/2   tablespoon
sugar
1   teaspoon
salt as required
 
Instructions

1. Pour some oil in a hot pan. Add green chilles, ginger and garlic. Mix well for 1 minute. Then add onion and cook till the onion becomes translucent.

2. Add tomatoes, bhendi and vinegar. Mix well and cover the pan. Then cook on low heat.
