Chinese Steam Buns (Steam Bao) made from all purpose flour

Ingredients
all purpose flours or corn flour
4   cup
yeast
1   tablespoon
sugar
1.5   tablespoon
salt
1   pinch
lukewarm water
4   tablespoon
milk
2   cup
Instructions

1. Mix the yeast with lukewarm water. Stir for 1 minute

2. Mix flour, sugar, the yeast mix, salt, and milk in a big container

3. Mix and roll till a smooth doll texture is formed. Add milk if it's too dry, add flour if it's too sticky

4. Wrap the dough with a wet towel and let it sit at a warm dry place for one hour

5. The dough will double in size after an hour

6. Roll the dough till texture is smooth again

7. Roll the dough into a long rectangular shape. Cut the dough into small sizes

8. Steam the cut up dough for 15 minutes over a wax paper, keep 2 inch space between the buns. Chinese Steam buns are ready.
