A chicken soup which is great when you sick or healthy.
1. Boil chicken in 3.5 cups of water for 20 minutes. Once boiled shred the chicken from the bone.
2. In a thick bottomed vessel or pressure cooker put in tablespoon oil and add the bay leaf, peppercorn and cloves and let it crackle. Add the onions (fry till translucent), tomatoes, chopped carrot, potatoes (optional), corn, french beans (or Mix veg), turmeric and ginger.
3. Add the chicken and 3 cups of chicken stock / maggie cubes which was previously boiled.
4. Bring to a boil and add in the boiled macaroni or pasta and cook till the pasta is tender or pressure cook for 8 minutes.
