Chinese style Chicken stir-fried with bell peppers and onions.
1. Chop up onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper.
2. Slice up chicken breast into small pieces.
3. Mix salt, chicken powder, sugar, and oyster sauce.
4. Heat up oil and add ginger and chicken. Stir fry for 2 minutes
5. Add onion, green pepper and red pepper. Stir for 1 minute
6. Put on the lid for 2 minutes, Lift the lid, add sauce, and stir for 5 -10 minutes till cook. Ready to serve
7. Chicken with Pepper and onion is ready to serve.
