Spicy and delicious shrimp cooked in white wine with garlic, red chilli flakes and italian herbs.
1. Chop the garlic pods into small pieces. Add the garlic to two teaspoon of olive oil. Add chilli flakes and white wine.
2. Deshell the shrimp, add salt, chilli powder and haldi. Mix well all the ingredients well. Add the oil-garlic mix to the shrimp. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
3. In a pan add a teaspoon of oil and let it heat. Add the shrimp and fry. The shrimp will take approximately 5 minutes to cook. Garnish with mix Italian herbs and lemon.
