A simple and delicious stir fry. Every Goan knows the delicious pork sausage or choris. It this recipe we combine the sausage with onion and potato to make a delicious side dish.
1. Remove the sausages from the skin and set aside. In a pan, add a teaspoon of oil and saute the onion till it is translucent and add Goan sausages Add green chilli if you want it extra spicy.

3. Let the Choris cook for 15 minutes and serve with bread or rice.
