A Bengali fish preparation
1. Coat fish with turmeric powder and little salt.
2. Fry the fish in oil and set aside.
3. In hot oil, add kalonji and a green chili
4. Add tomato and fry for 2-3 minutes
5. Add ginger and chili paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt mix and roast for 3-4 minutes.
6. Add water 1 cup and allow to boil for 2-3 minutes
7. Add fried fish and two green chili. Allow to boil for 3-4 minutes.
