Masala Papad is one of the favorite light and refreshing appetizer.
1. Chop onion, cucumber, Tomato, coriander leaves, green chilli finely.
2. On papad, apply 3-4 drops of oil and make sure papad is greased with oil from both the sides. And roast the Papad in Microwave for 30 seconds on each side side if till raw add another 30 seconds.
3. Mix all the chopped veg and red chilli powder, chat masala, salt, lemon juice.
4. Spread the mixture on the papad, garnish with sev or aloo bhujiya. And Masala Papad is ready to be served.
