Ingredients
sweet potatoes
4  
groundnut powder
1   cup
ghee
2   tablespoon
green chill crushed
1/2   tablespoon
salt as per taste
 
sugar as per taste
 
cumin seeds
1   teaspoon
grated coconut
3   tablespoon
Instructions

1. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and peel. Grate the sweet potatoes in food processor .

2. Mix groundnut powder, sugar, salt with grated sweet potatoes.

3. Keep the pan on gas for heating add ghee to it .Add cumin seeds and let it splutter, add crushed/chopped green chillies . Add the mixed grated sweet potato mixture and stir it for 5 minutes. Keep flame on medium heat. Then close it with lid and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.

4. Garnish it with grated Coconut and serve
