A simple lobster dish that is open to creativity it is season with salt, pepper, green peppers, ginger and scallions
1. Cut the lobster up in pieces.
2. Chopped up all scallion, hot green pepper, ginger, and celery.
3. Heat up oil, add the vegetable, and stir for 1 minute
4. Add the lobster, all the seasonings, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Leave the lobster to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
