1. Soak rice in 3 cups of water for 15 minutes. Add all spices ,salt , lemon juice and 1 spoon of ghee. Then cook the rice . Keep pan on gas add pure ghee in it.
2. Fry cashews in ghee till they gets golden color.
3. Add Ginger garlic & chilli paste. Add vegetables with salt(only for taste )and sugar, fry it for 3 minutes. Then add cooked rice in the vegetables .Stir it for 5 minutes.
