Ingredients
whole wheat flour
2   cup
avocado
1
cumin powder
1   teaspoon
carom seeds
1   teaspoon
green chili finely chopped
1
finely chopped cilantro
1   tablespoon
ginger-garlic paste
1   teaspoon
white sesame seeds
1   teaspoon
salt to taste

lime juice
1   teaspoon
Instructions

1. Add the dry ingredients (except wheat flour) one by one into a bowl and mix it. Now add the flour gradually and mix it till it becomes soft dough. You can add more flour if its too sticky. No need of adding water or oil.

2. Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Meanwhile divide the dough in 6-7 equal parts and make round balls. Roll the ball using a rolling pin and make it into flattened circle.

3. Once the pan is hot enough place the flattened dough onto it. Heat it till the color changes and then flip it. Once air bubbles start building up flip it again and remove it from the pan after it fluffs up. (Optional) You can apply some butter/clarified butter on top of it

4. Enjoy it with curd or your favorite pickle.
