Ingredients
large cucumber diced
1  
tomatoes diced (preferably deseeded)
3  
olives of your choice
15  
feta cheese
1/2   cup
salt
1/2   teaspoon
red wine vinegar
1   teaspoon
olive oil
2   tablespoon
lemon juice
1/2  
black pepper powder
1/2   teaspoon
Instructions

1. Dice the cucumbers, tomatoes and olives.

2. For the dressing: Mix olive oil and juice of half a lemon. Add red wine vinegar.

3. Add pepper powder and salt.

4. Mix well. Pour the mixture over the diced vegetables. Add in the feta cheese and mix everything well. Serve cold.
