        Ingredients
       
 
       
          pieces of giant fresh scallops
        
 
        
          6   
        
 
       
          salt
        
 
        
          1   pinch
        
 
       
          pepper
        
 
        
          1   pinch
        
 
       
          olive oil
        
 
        
          1   teaspoon
        
 
       
        Instructions
       
 
       1. Rinse 6 pieces of giant fresh scallops in water and use a paper towel to get rid of any excess water.
2. In a pan, add olive oil and let it heat. Add the scallops.Pan fry for 2-3 minutes, turn over.
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each side, and fry for another 1-2 minutes on each side.
4. The Scallops will be ready to serve
