Andhra style corn fritters best even during the cold rainy season.
1. Grind the ginger and green chilies.
2. Add the corn and salt to it and whip it a couple of times to make a coarse batter. Take the batter into a bowl and add the flours and red chili powder(if you like it spicy). Do not add water.
3. Heat oil in a pan for deep fry. Take a spoon and scoop batter by the spoon and drop in oil one by one and fry until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on a kitchen paper.
