A simple salt and pepper shrimp that's very popular in Chinese Cusisine
1. Wash the pound of shrimp. Add corn starch to mix.
2. Heat up the pint of oil till boiling temperature. Add shrimp and deep fry for 1-2 minutes till pink/orange
3. Add hot chilling pepper to a pot with 1 tea spoon of olive oil and stir. Then add shrimp
4. Add salt and pepper and stir fry for 1~2 minutes. Ready to Serve
