Chinese style Steamed Fish( founder) with Sizzling oyster sauce
1. Clean the Flounder Fish and put in on a plate.
2. Steam the fish in medium fire for 10 minutes (or till cooked).
3. Take out the steamed fish and drain the water.
4. Chop up 6 to 8 pieces of scallions in 1.5 inch strands.
5. Spread the oyster sauce on the fish and add scallion.Heat up the oil in pan for 5 minutes and pour over the fish
