Snails cooked in Chinese Style with soy, white wine and peppers

Ingredients
snails
.5   kilogram
oil
2   tablespoon
oyster sauce
2   tablespoon
soy sauce
2   tablespoon
white wine
2   tablespoon
red pepper ( chopped)
1   dash
green pepper(chopped)
1   dash
water
1/4   cup
salt
1/2   tablespoon
pepper
1/2   tablespoon
sugar
1/2   tablespoon
chicken powder or bouillon cube
1/2   teaspoon
Instructions

1. Add oil to pan, heat for 2 minutes.

2. Add red and green pepper and saute.

3. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, chicken powder, and water. Stir for 15 seconds.

4. Add snail and stir for a minute

5. Cover the pan for 3~5 minutes

6. Add wine and leave for another 2 minutes till cooked.
