A simple and delicious dish from the south of China.
1. Wash the shrimp in water and drain.
2. Put 4 tablespoon of oil in pan, heat up the oil for 2 minutes.
3. Load the shrimp into the pan and stir.
4. Leave the shrimp in the pan till cooked (3~5 minutes).
5. Add soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, and scallion; Stir till mixed.
